
Over the two days of 28/03/2026 and 29/03/2026, the Youth Union of Tay Do Steel Company successfully organized the “2026 Badminton – Football Exchange Sports Tournament”, bringing together employees from Tay Do Steel Company, Chin Rong and students and staff from Can Tho University, FPT University and FPT Polytechnic Can Tho College. The tournament was not only a playground for physical training but also helped strengthen exchanges and connections between businesses and educational institutions in the area.

The tournament was held in an exciting atmosphere of emulation to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Founding Day (26/3) and Vietnam Sports Day (27/3). This was the first time the Youth Union under Tay Do Steel organized an expanded exchange tournament with educational institutions in Can Tho City.

The exchange tournament was honored to receive the attention and participation of the following units: Tay Do Steel Company; Chin Rong Company; Can Tho University (CTU); Chau Phu Student Association (CHSV); FPT University Can Tho; FPT Polytechnic Can Tho College.
The goal of the tournament went beyond physical training, serving as an important bridge to strengthen solidarity between businesses and reputable educational institutions, laying the groundwork for future cooperation activities.
On the afternoon of 28/03/2026, at Ngan Thuan court, the badminton matches took place in a highly vibrant atmosphere, demonstrating a healthy sporting spirit and fair competition.

Silver Medal: Huynh Thanh Tien Nhi - Dang Hong Phuong Trang (FPT University Can Tho).
Bronze Medal: The pairs Hoang Khanh Trang - Nguyen Trung Cang (TTD) and Dinh Trong Phuc - Nguyen Thi Tuyet Trinh (TTD).

On the morning of 29/03/2026, at the FPT University Can Tho football field, the mini football event delivered dramatic score chases. With determination and a winning spirit, the players treated the audience to unexpected plays and beautiful goals.

First Prize: FPT Polytechnic Can Tho College (championship cup and 5 million VND).
Second Prize: Tay Do Steel Team 3 (3 million VND).
Third Prize: FPT University Can Tho (2 million VND).

The organizing committee awarded the Top Scorer prize to Nguyen Trung Cang (Tay Do Steel with an impressive record of 9 goals and the Most Enthusiastic Fan prize to Le Kim Yen, reflecting a healthy sporting spirit and collective unity.
Although the tournament has ended, it has opened up more plans for Tay Do Steel regarding healthy sports activities. Through this exchange tournament, Tay Do Steel once again affirmed its commitment to building a dynamic cultural environment, not only strong in production and business but also taking the lead in community movement activities.
